We are really getting ready for Fall Classes
and the fairs at Murillo (28th-29th August)
and Hymer's (5th - 6th September)
I hope you will come by a say Hello !
This next bit of information is for my
students :
In addition to your regular One Stroke
Brushes and Water Basin, you should
include the following supplies in your
paint class inventory:
Practice Pad, Pencil, white pencil,
white gum eraser, stylus, painter's tape,
12" ruler.
Having these tools handy will help you
in class.

An All Day Event of Fun Holiday Painting
Saturday, 23rd October 2010
8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Place: Rosslyn Community Center
Workshop Fee: $75.00
(includes surfaces, paint, instructions,
snacks, drinks and dessert.)
Bring: OS Acrylic Brushes, water basin,
practice pad/pencil, scissors, ruler, white
transfer paper, stylus, painters tape
We will be doing TWO Large Projects:
"I Believe in Santa" Banner"
16" Wide x 22" long
This is a delightful rendition of a cute little
snowman who witnesses the miracle of
Santa and his Reindeer flying through the sky on
Christmas Eve. Extreme Glitter added to this
painting makes it magical !
The second project is:
"Chickadee in the Snow"
This project will be done on an
9" x 12" Basswood Oval. Embellishment
on this project of textured "snow" and Glamour Dust
will make this a perfect part of your winter decor,
or a wonderful Christmas gift.
Time permitting on the workshop day, we will also
make Christmas Cards or other Clay Holiday projects.
These painting projects are suitable for beginners
